So today was the weigh in. I wasn't happy with what I saw, but I'm going to move on and get with the program. It wasn't a surprise though - my pants have been telling me for awhile that things were going the wrong way.
I biked to work and got back on the healthy eating - yogurt and granola and a lunch based on last night's dinner - pork loin, quinoa, grilled mushrooms, and carrots. I need to get some snacks at the ready for the afternoon. I have so far managed to avoid the pastries and candy that seems to have taken over this floor recently.
And I need more fruit. I forgot that the etools includes check offs for water, vitamins, fruit and exercise.
I'll take some photos tonight and pick up a measuring tape to record.
