Today it starts. I'm back on Weightwatchers after a break of 6 months. And what happened during that break, you ask? I gained back all I lost. Even though I've been more active this summer. And biked. And other stuff. Hmpfh...
Some friends and I are taking a trip in two months away and I need to get on track if I'm going to look even a little better in time. Then there's our trip to Florida this winter and the beach in March and the spring... A little less than 9 weeks to my first goal.
So here's the plan. Weigh in tomorrow, start the online tools RELIGIOUSLY (praise jesus!), and strategize to see what's do-able by Montreal. More to come...
